RUTH’S OLD GOLD ROCK
You would think it dinner time some pizzas would be prepared in advance especially such Basics as pepperoni. Instead you’re quickly dismissed after placing your order and told to wait in the front parking lot and come back through the line in 10 to 15 minutes. The pizza frankly was pretty tasteless, the service was impersonal and lifeless, and the atmosphere was the atmosphere of a parking lot. It was okay barely.

Pizza was terrible, dough wasn’t cooked and toppings were just thrown on pizza. I will never purchase another one from the Forest Park location ever again. Lots of young employees playing in the business and not professional.

This is the second time I came and purchased pizza from here. Both times Adriyana H. informed me I could not received my change back because there was no change. The times I visit was 2 months apart. The national change shortage is not in effect anymore.Besides to tell a customer they can not get there change back is profiting the business excessively. This business has to be making thousands off customers monthly by holding the change. To make matters worst there the change back is always 60 cent or greater. Most companies would eat the change themselves instead you all are asking the customers to. I am definitely writing all the way up because you all are scamming customers and we in a recession. I work for the state at a school. We do pizza parties, so when I purchase pizza I need a receipt with exact amount and change back for audit purpose. What you all are doing has to be illegal. I will find out.

Corporate definitely needs to get involved when it comes to this store. They will hand you a regular pepperoni pizza when you’re paying for pepperoni extra most cheese pizza. i’m in disbelief of words to be honest with u all I could say is WOW!! very rude young lady at the front of the store she’s a short hispanic young girl i’ve asked her numerous of times when my pizza would be ready and she just kept saying “in a minute” like what does that even mean? this is unacceptable when i got home i opened the box and notice a eye lash on one of the pepperonis i was disgusted. threw the whole pizza away will never come here again!!!will be calling corporate!

I don’t know what’s happening, but Little Caesars Pizaa has been winning lately. The last four times we’ve ordered pizza from here, it’s been on point. Eat it while it’s hot! Because if you don’t have a way to warm it up, then you are out of luck. But go check them out!

After placing my order at the drive thru window. I had to pull around in front to pick it up. Waited 45mins no one came out to the car so i went in. I asked about my pizza if it was ready, but it was not even in the oven. No explanation so i just asked for my money back & went to Pizza Hut. ‘Terrible customer service’. Please “Do not go here” you will be disappointed.

I waited 30 mins for my food and the clerk didn’t keep me updated or anything. People came in after me and received their order before, the clerk didn’t ask for my order i had to tell her what I ordered. Very poor service, very long wait time, poor communication and also dirty. This is not a place to do business with, the staff is poor with running the business. I will not return here ever.
