This location is clearly not ready to expand their menu following a halt in operations from Hurricane Ida. Today, we ordered two pizzas and then waited in line for an hour and a half. When we finally got to the window, we waited another twenty minutes before being told that our order had not even been started. No apology. No explanation. We left with nothing (except regret).

Ordered on the app at 12:57pm. Wait time was 47 -57 minutes. Placed the order anyway. At 2:58pm and still no delivery. Tried to cancel the order a bit ago on the app but was told to call the store. We called the store, sat on hold for what felt like eternity and nobody ever answered. My sister had problems with them the other evening. Why are they even open if this is the best they can do?

Every time I go, the pizza always comes out good. This is the best Domino’s I have had pizza from and I am a regular customer there about once a week because it is so good. The young lady at the window today is always very nice and has great customer service every time I go. Give these people a raise, they are representing the brand really well at this location.

This dominos recently has been disappointing. The wait times are very, very long in comparison to how it’s been the past few years. I don’t want to blame the employees, because who knows, maybe they’ve gotten a lot busier and just can’t keep up with the orders. If so management or ownership is failing to step in to ensure their customers receive the quick service they always have. New restaurants open often, pizza places included. Really don’t want to make the switch.

I paid for a 2liter and never received it. I called the manager said I can come get it but I tipped and paid for delivery so I insisted on delivery. I didn’t get it. A driver claimed she could not find my house. Try calling back I can’t get through the phone says for me to report to manager if I get the message. My number must have been blocked. Too bad for them. I won’t stop till I get what I paid for.
