Fast food restaurants aren’t what they used to be. The patron before me was instructed to use the kiosk rather than order with the cashier because the restaurant was understaffed. I ordered at the kiosk and modified my order. It took over ten minutes to receive my order and there was no human interaction other than to hear them call my name. Fortunately, the order was filled correctly. The proportions were excellent, but the quality of the food, meh. The potatoes were overcooked and dry. The nacho cheese nearly burned my tongue. Everything was too salty. As for the atmosphere, the radio in the restaurant was playing top 40 classic 60s tunes. The decor looked updated to reflect a muted 60s aesthetic as well. It was strange, but not unnerving. Let’s just say after this experience, I no longer feel the crave.

Arrived around 4pm. Just after the lunch rush. There are homeless people around this area. Inside the shop I was not greeted immediately until I approached the register. I placed my order on the app with specific items made a certain way. The lobby was adequate in cleanliness. A few tables had signs of people sitting in them. The music kept skipping every so randomly. Sitting near the windows on the north side I watched as the employees made the food. After about 7 minutes the food was ready and brought to my table.

I don’t usually go to Taco Bell but at 1030 on a Saturday night you gotta do what you gotta do. I do gotta say, the customer service from Taylor N was amazing and not at all what I’m used to in this town. She was friendly, patient, and courteous and had that up beat spirit every business owner looks for in an employee. Keep up the good work Taylor N you are going places!

This used to be a great location lately it has been far from it. The cashier was rude, my son went inside to order TWO bean and cheese burritos, and he waited for TEN minutes before I went inside to see what was going on as they were not busy, I waited for a couple minutes before being asked have you been helped, I said no but my son has been waiting now for over 10 minutes for two bean and cheese burritos rudely the cashier says we go in order to which I said okay I understand that but the drive thru is not busy and every car that has come through after he came in and ordered has left. We landed up waiting about 20 minutes for TWO bean and cheese burritos.

When it comes to fast food we expect great service and food that is served quickly. The management at this location completely agrees with this idea. Upon walking into the restaurant I noticed that the eating areas, lobby and the kitchen area were clean. As it turns out the manager herself was attending to the cleanliness of the lobby in order for her staff to attend to customers.

CHASE IS AWESOME!!!! Every time I go to this location I am beyond pleased with the way I am treated by Chase. Even they way he talked to his peers is very respectful. When they are busy he always has a smile on his face and EXTREMELY good at customer service. 12/10 for Chase!!! Keep in mind he is still in school but works nights! HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!! The lady at the drive-through was really nice and friendly and took our order and it was accurate when we received it and then when we got home all the food that we ordered was perfect compaired to the other Taco Bell’s in Albuquerque

No joke, $40 of the most beautiful tacos and burritos I’ve ever laid eyes on. Each bomber was perfectly crafted and perfectly wrapped. Seriously amazing. Staff was great, too.
