I work at an office at Riverwalk in Rock Hill. The closest Jimmy John’s is the Fort Mill location. This is my 2nd time here, and my last. Since I ordered/purchased my sub via their app, the gentleman at the register who gave me my food was not particularly friendly. On my cumbersome drive back to Rock Hill, I guessed he may have been the manager due to his stoic disposition: no eye contact, no niceties exchanged, and an overall feeling of being rushed out. Kinda off-putting, to say the least. My sub was decent; my pickle was on the shriveled side. At this point, I’ll drive the extra miles to Jimmy John’s on Herlong.

Those poor overworked employees are doing their very best but it seems that jimmy John’s has a terrible management problem. I should never walk into a store after being told the delivery driver called out and see two people basically almost crying. It’s sad. They deserve better than that. I don’t want to eat here again just because those poor employees suffer more.

First time at a Jimmy Johns and will be my last. Ordered a regular Turkey Tom and only 2 very thin slices of turkey. It’s like I paid high price for a lettuce and French bread sub. Couldn’t even taste the Turkey at all. Very disappointed…

Great spot for a quick meal. Service is super fast. Sandwiches are ok. I’m vegan so there weren’t many choices for me to pick from. Ordered the veggie (#6) on French bread with no cheese or mayonnaise. Not much flavor. The guacamole made it tolerable. My family, who aren’t vegan, says the sandwiches are really good.

We walked over from a nearby hotel, for take out dinner on Sat night. The sandwiches were made quickly enough that we didn’t have time to think about it. They greeted us when we entered and were friendly throughout. The only improvement would have been including or offering napkins. We just weren’t thinking about it at the time. Everything was delicious!

I’ll honestly never order from here again. I’ve ordered delivery twice and both times they’ve had nobody to deliver the food. So much for “freaky fast”. Oh and they charged my card both times. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you. Never again will I even attempt to give this establishment my business.
