If you like wet pizza, this is your place. Maybe this place should focus on making pizza than running a daycare. 2 kids from an employee seem to always be there. I get it, we all need jobs, but kids shouldn’t have to sit during your shift.

Don’t take this rong we love to get pizza here but sometimes as it is most places don’t get it right all the time…. Sometimes Thay don’t have drivers but should not send out cold pizza unless it comes with some kind of jester or sorry we are having problems hers a brownie or bread sticks something I don’t mind to reheat my food if your having trouble but what got me most it the hanging up on me cuss you can’t hear me understand some of us have disabilitys like no voice box so talking on a phone is hard….. Than I have my kid get on the phone and your rude to her tell her to speak up and she dos and you get mad and say no need to yell and she was not yelling at all so be nicer on the phone that’s my rant I hope you can improve so we keep getting your pizza thanks

I called this place on the phone twice between 11 am – 12 noon on 10/20/22. The first time I waited on hold 7 minutes. Nobody answered. I called a second time shortly thereafter and waited on hold 3 minutes. Nobody answered. So then I looked up the reviews here, and it all fell into place. Common complaints of orders taking too long, incompetence, and ineffectual uninterested management. I will not order food here and I will not spend money here. I will eat at other Marcos which are better run, as I do love Marcos Pizza in general, but I won’t spend one penny here. This owner should have their franchise taken away.

I called excited that there was a Marco’s Pizza on my route home in Indiana. I LOVED the Marco’s in Round Rock TX. I was in parking lot, only two customers inside, so I told the inexperienced clerk, I’d just come in and order. I placed my order at 5:45pm. The young man forgot to give me my receipt. When I struck up a conversation with the nice woman across from me, I found she was a door dash driver. She asked what time my receipt said. I quickly got a receipt. It was time stamped 5:45pm. Since there weren’t others waiting I assumed 20 mins or half hour at most. Then found people calling in were being told three hours! After waiting 2 hrs and 45 minutes, I asked the mgr, how much longer my order would be. She said she hadn’t a clue. So I told her I’ll just take my $ back as I don’t drive after dark. She said “we don’t do refunds, because.” I stopped her and said “Ma’am, I probably won’t be up this way again for years and I paid in cash, and no one said anything about the wait time.” She haughtily said, “well, just this once.” Oh my word! I love Marco’s pizza,,but I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU AVOID THE ONE IN Mooresville IN.

For anybody that’s ordering from this restaurant. They are extremely rude and I am a GrubHub driver. They refused to give me the customers order because I did not have a hot bag. I understand if it was going far away but they refused to give me the order and that’s not good customer service especially the fact that they were rude about it
