We enjoyed the food. Good flavor and large portions. The service was so bad. We ordered drinks and appetizers to start. Drinks are good, glasses filled to full and waiter spilled but never wiped it up. Had to ask for napkins. Dinner arrived and all the previous plates and empty glasses were on the table. Every time the waiter brought something he left empty handed even though we had stacked it all up and set at the end of the table to make room. And that is the last time we had any service. No one asked if all ok or another drink or more water. We got up and got our own go boxes. When the check arrived I gave him the card stated I would leave a cash tip on the table. Waiter stood there just waiting. When we realized he was waiting for the cash tip I got it out he snapped it up and walked away! Leaving all the dirty dishes yet again! An occasional smile would also go a long way also.

We enjoy meeting here for dinner after work sometimes. Great chips and salsa and I like their taco salad too. We always have the same waiter and he is our very favorite waiter anywhere. He’s so nice and always makes sure we have everything we need. If you haven’t been here, you’re missing out.

We love Mexican food. This is a great restaurant. The food servings a big and flavorful. Also love their complementary chips and salsa. Their Guacamole is fantastic, like homemade. And their prices are very reasonable. Have tried other Mexican restaurants in the area, but this one is my favorite. Staff is really friendly too. ❤️

A Crazy Life
An ok diner. Our waiter took our order for (and we specifically stated_) an APPATISER . The appatiser came quickly and was good but by the time he returned to “check on us” we had decided we would just settle for the appatiser when our original intent was to ALSO do an entree each. Oh well. Maybe he should have listened closer

The food is what gives this a 3 star, the customer service takes away what could’ve been a 5 star. We had a reservation for my grandpa’s birthday. The lady who was our waitress was beyond rude. We had 6 adults, we had asked for more salsa for our chips and salsa, we never got those. She gave us our waters, we asked for straws, she literally turned away and walked away. She finally came back and we asked for straws she rolled her eyes and threw only 2 straws at us. It took over 40 minutes for us to get our order taken. The man who took our order and brought us our food was amazing though, he was very nice and had no problem bringing us more chips and salsa. They were busy, I’ll admit that, however being ignored for over 40 minutes (they were literally looking at people walking in then they’d walk away so they wouldn’t have to help them), and the rude lady who helped us, I’m not sure if we would return. But a big thank you to the man who ended up helping us, you made the visit more enjoyable with your great customer service.

I normally save my 5 star reviews for high-end restaurants with highly accomplished chefs. However, this place was such a surprise I’m going all out. The salsa may be the best I’ve had in any caliber Mexican restaurant north or south of the border. The service was excellent and the food way exceeded my expectations. There are 6 or 7 Mexican restaurants within a 5 mile radius of here but Mazatlan is the place to stop!

We dined in with our family and I got fajitas. The fajitas tasted like bananas were in the seasoning. I was unable to eat it. Service only comes by table to drop off food and take order. No one asked how the food was. Don’t get the fajitas it was the biggest waste of money.
