Waited over 20 minutes for my food only to find out they had given my order to someone else. Luckily they gave me my money back. But the crew here is sub par at best. Even after acknowledging they screwed up, didn’t really even seem to care. They did offer me a free ice cream…but after the way I was treated I said I don’t want anything from them and left. Usually I’d just let it go but the way the whole thing went down they really need to reevaluate their staff.

They got my order wrong. The pic of a few small pieces of chicken maybe size of a tater tot and smaller was $5. My chicken strips have been having hard chunks so I’m only able to eat most of the chicken strips so it’s a rip off.

We got to Dairy queen at 10:30 am, just as they opened, and were the 1st people to order food. We waited 25 minutes for the food to come, and we realized that the food had probably been sitting for 15 minutes, because the food was not hot. I will never go back again!!!!!!! Like I said the first time, I will NEVER go back again!!!

I wasn’t looking for much but I noticed they had a new blizzard advertised so, I ordered a small one through the DQ app. When I arrived I noticed a sign on the door stating for the staff to be respected. As I entered the location at 2324 Blaine St. I noticed how slow the place was. Only one group of guys eating and the rest was empty, yet it still took a few minutes for me to even be noticed and even then it was by the cook and not front counter staff. When I was finally addressed it wasn’t with a smile or any kind enthusiasm. I informed the woman that I had ordered online, she asked if I had ordered the blizzard and I confirmed. She was very efficient at making my order and was done in under two minutes. As she handed me my order I thanked her and walked to my car. I took one small bite and as I scooped up another bite I found a hair in my blizzard. I took the hair out and returned to inside to inform them and show them the hair. The woman who had helped me (possible mgr.) looked annoyed and threw it away and asked one of her other employees to remake my order. I noticed on this second time around that none of the employees were wearing hair nets including the manager. I am not aware of DQ’s policies but I think it should be a standard in fast food. The second employee finished with my order and handed it to me with a smile and I thanked him. I returned to my car and enjoyed my blizzard very much. It was made perfectly! Plenty of toppings and thick. I will be back but maybe in drive-thru….lol.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Service was terrible! We had to wait an hour for a single burger. It was very dirty inside. There was no ice either. Only a couple employees were nice, others were very in friendly.

I was very disappointed. I ordered the Off The Hook fish sandwich with no bun. I got the piece of fish wrapped in paper with no condiments AND NO FORK. Was I supposed to eat it with my hands??? My son ordered the six piece bbcued chicken strips. He got the plain strips. My other son ordered a double cheese burger and medium fries. He got a BACON double cheeseburger AND his fries were cold AND we could tell the oil was old from how dark the fries were. It was all good, though -by the time they got it right. We still couldn’t eat the fries. I gave a 20% tip. I think I should at least get that back and also the extra amount I paid for the BACON double. Your first mistake was having someone at the register who didn’t know what he was doing. Things just esculated from there. Train your emplyees.
