Horrible is all I can say. Macaroni taste like it’s been heated up to many times. Greens taste like just plain boiled greens no flavor at all and hush puppies are so dry it’s disgusting. Definitely wouldn’t eat here again.

Excellent meals – catfish and calabash shrimp! Sides very good- green beans, pintos, onion rings and fried squash. Clean restaurant and good service. Food came out fresh and hot.

The food has definitely lost its taste. Collards are not seasoned, mac and cheese is garbage, fries are not cooked through. They definitely need to step it up or Chicken Coop will get my business!

Pass on this place. 2 baked potatoes 18.00. Tasteless. They added a little sliced ham, sliced turkey, bacon and cheese still didn’t taste good. Barely hot enough to melt the butter.

First visit. Very clean. “A” rating on door. We had chicken sandwiches and made it a combo with fries and a drink for an additional $2.95. The sandwich was made with plenty of chicken strips and was delicious. The fries were nice and crispy. The food definitely hit the spot. I also saw seafood items on the menu that I will be going back to try out. Also serving sub sandwiches and comfort food such as mac and cheese, fried okra, rice and gravy as side items. I would recommend to friends and family.

I was here on 4/25/23. I didn’t like cause I asked for an extra tarter sauce and because I got a ranch also they told me I could not get another tarter sauce, because they considered 2 different kinds make one large. I could have put the ranch back or paid .50 for another tarter, also that small container would not work with 6 pcs. Of fish. I used the small ranch for my squash. Thank them for the food, but I will not be back.

The food was bland the chicken was bland as well but the seafood is great the chicken needed some seasoning. The rice and gravy had a different taste an it didn’t taste right. It give the seafood a 5 star but the fried chicken is bland it needed a little bit more seasoning.
