This review is more oriented towards one particular customer service member than the whole staff. It was quite rude being given a frowned face for simply waiting and walking on the floor and being asked to be seated. He clearly felt being burdened by my order and the whole time I felt uncomfortable seeing him give me that face. To top this off my Jalapeno burger seemed to failed having jalapenos. The rest of the staff is quite nice and welcoming so I am not blaming the resturuant as a whole, but I am unsatsified with this experience.

Took the family here for the second time. The first time was about 2 years ago (we didn’t care for it then), but wanted to give the local eatery another chance. We were equally disappointed. My wife and I both got the weekend seafood special and it was pretty bland. Salmon, shrimp, lobster cake, with potatoes. I wanted to like it, but none of it was cooked well with any flavor. My son got a steak and it was ok, a little too undercooked, and nothing to get excited about on flavor. Overall it was “eh” – but considering the price per plate it isn’t a place we will likely return to.

My husband took me here for Valentine’s last night, he has made a reservation so we didn’t wait. I’m not sure if we would have had to if we hadn’t had a reservation. We walkiled in to a very smoky establishment and both of us wondered if they allowed smoking but quickly realized there had been something in the kitchen that caused it, it lingered all night.

It’s really great food at a remarkable price. The relaxed and comfortable atmosphere was great for a special occasion or a casual dinner. We were there for both. We had a large group and we were handled with great care. Attention was paid to the details for each person’s requests. When over 20 people order at the same time it can be quite a challenge. The experience was fantastic not only because the food was so good but also because of the great service. My mom, whose birthday was the reason we gathered here had the steak, I got the Salmon, my niece tried the Chicken Picata. It was a special night and Costello’s made it a great memory for all of us. Once again, a special thank you to the servers for doing a great job for us. I would recommend Costello’s to anyone, whether by yourself or with four generations of your family. If you’re looking for a fresh plate of extraordinary food, this is the place. Well done.

I have been checking this place out for quite some time, but my husband and I hadn’t tried it due to it seeming on the fancier and high-end side. We decided to give it a try last Saturday, and quite honestly, it sucked. I am a great (amateur) cook, so when we go to a nice restaurant, we always compare it to something I would cook. I ordered Chicken Piccata. The breaded chicken breast was horrible. The chicken itself had no flavor whatsoever. The breading had a flavor I couldn’t put my finger on, but it was very familiar–and not good I might add–and then it hit me, Stove Top Stuffing. That’s exactly what it tasted like, which I don’t even like at Thanksgiving. The breading was burned in some spots and undercooked in others. I would expect so much more from a fancier restaurant. I will not return, and I will not recommend to anybody. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NICE RESTAURANT FOR DATE NIGHT: I have been in Enid for 14 months now. Try one of the steakhouses downtown. None of them disappoint.

The food was good but the service was not! The waiter was slow and there were only three occupied tables. He had a hard time taking our orders. When our food was brought to our table the waiter got our orders mixes. He also took over seven minutes to refill our drinks in the middle of our meal. When I didn’t tip good enough he decided to add a one in front of my tipping number adding an additional $10.00 to his tip. I would not recommend eating at this establishment!
