Redeemer deserves its accolades as one of the best new restaurants of 2022. From the quality slices to the slim but fun and delicious bar menu, its a great spot for a quick bite or a full meal. I love the casual vibe and the super creative and interesting monthly chef’s slice. Their sicilian grandma slice with peaches from last summer was one of the best things I ate. I literally ate it, walked about a block and then walked back and ate another one.

The pizza was absolutely delicious. I don’t think I’ve ever had sour dough pizza, but it was very tasty. The crust was phenomenal and had a nice flakey texture with a soft chewy center. We got the standard and the mushroom pizza. The mushroom pizza was slightly on the sour side due to the pickled mushrooms and was somewhat on the heavy side for me. The standard was just a very good basic Margherita pizza. The pizza sauce paired perfectly with the sour dough, giving it a nice tangy, sweet profile. Definitely worth a visit

Great place to take care of your hunger. Their dough is great. The slices are nice too, a little greasy but hey it’s a slice window next to a bar. I’d make this a regular place if I lived nearby as it is a good two-slices hunger buster.
