I arrived this morning for a iced coffee, the lady on speaker was alright and I personally thought everything was okay until I pulled up to the window. The lady was making fun of my voice and the way I speak. It was very rude and they were very loud about it. I didn’t say anything about it but I probably won’t be coming back. That’s just plain mean honestly. My jelly donut was dry and old. My coffee wasn’t super cold either, it’s been sitting for a minute too.

Honestly, I just witnessed and homeless lady wait in line for around 5 mins probably longer she was the only one in line get ignored while she had a $100 in her hand ready to pay. So she left and other customers came in and got immediate help. So messed up of staff to do that. she’s a human too and she had the money. Gross behavior. Do better.

My coffee is usually great when my order is made correctly. My main concern is the last few times I’ve ordered breakfast, I can’t eat it! It has a awful freezer burn! Definitely needs to be fixed before someone gets sick!

i have been going here for years now and lately i have had the worst experience with dunkin. they act like they don’t care, they have a no sense of urgency, they don’t even speak when ur at the register trying to order they just stare at you. i would not recommend to come if you are in a hurry.

Food doesn’t taste fresh. Most often, it’s either cold or tastes like it’s been out for a while. Coffee is okay, which is what we end up getting because there isn’t another DD or a coffee shop close by. Service is subpar because they’re mostly unwelcoming and act like they don’t want to be there.

This places management needs to be criminally investigated, you can smell gas, first health is closed from it, don’t give out pay stubs to employees, and mostly seems like goodwill friend hires with little experience and absolutely terrible personalities. I wouldn’t eat here again if you payed me.

MAN, lemme say I come here often, but .start putting a sign on the door when it’s locked, so many people wait in line 10 minutes, then park and lose their spot, then still end up having to wait in line. Lots of customers left too. I waited in line 30 minutes altogether for a latter

It’s like coming to high school, intro course on how not to know or do your job! Pathetic service, and they act like they’re doing you a favor to do their job! The literally got my order wrong twice! They need an adult to supervise these kids. Not sure why they are allowed to be talking on their phones. They all need to be retrained. Excuses are not a reason to fail your workers or customers.
