Go here daily. Get the same thing from the same ppl that know me by name…. yet its not right 70%of the time. I order on the go and sometimes that’s wrong bc no one read it correctly. You could wait inside at the counter for a good 5 minutes before someone helps you. Or looks at you. Friendly people doesn’t make up for sloppy slow service. Time for a new spot.

I’m a loyal customer & I always order the same thing. A couple of employees know me & are always friendly. Sometimes, I’ll even tip those who are generous. However, tonight I had a young girl serve me & she was a little rude. Seemed like I was bothering her & was very snarky. You could tell she didn’t want to be there. Also, I noticed the prices went up again. The coffee isn’t worth that much money anymore. An x large was 2.73 & now its 2.88. Some Dunkins even have it at 3.00. I love Dunkins coffe, but after a rude service and the price increase im going to have to decrease my visits here.

The coffee here is not that good. Do yourself a favor and drive half a mile west on Rt. 9 and stop in Dippin Donuts. If you want to stay with a Dunkies, drive 7 minutes east or west and you’ll find one with better quality.
