Some of the best most authentic Cuban food! Chef is absolutely great at making the best dishes to eat. The yellow rice is rich with with flavors and made to perfection. The steak is seasoned so well and cooked as if you were at a five star steak house. Plantains and eggs are just the best to top off a great dinner dish! Chef really has a passion and love to cook and you’ll feel that once you come here and try some of the best authentic Cuban food here In Tampa! and passion. Definitely come and try it out. The Roja Vieja will definitely hit the spot if you’re looking to have a classic Cuban dinner to hit the spot! Well prepared ripped meat with great seasoning onions and bell peppers cooked to perfection! The rice is so fresh it well made to eat along with the tostones that have a little crisp on them with some seasons as well! The best chef in town with the best Cuban dishes definitely won’t be disappointed!

The food was amazing! Everything we ordered was fresh, seasoned to perfection and a very generous portion was served. We have not had tasty food like this in a LONG time. If you want authentic and fresh Cuban food, you must stop at this food truck asap! We will definitely be back 🙂

I will never give this place my money again… I was a regular customer until just 5 minutes ago. I stopped on my way home to pickup a regular favorite of mine, Plantains. A quick, easy side. I tried to order 2 servings, which would’ve totalled $6, and he turned me away because all I had was card, and he did not want to charge $6… He was happy letting me gome home hungry. My orders here usually total a good $15 or more per outing, and I always tip him. At the end of the day I’m literally shocked. I just wanted some food, and he basically told me my money was no good…. He wasn’t even busy. The worst service I’ve had in my life, hands down.

Lefty was amazing and cooked me the best Cuban I’ve had, and I’ve been looking for it for a long time! He also catered to the needs of my picky boys and hubs who is under the weather. I highly recommend this food truck!!! It should be a brick and mortar restaurant!
