Giving 5 stars mainly because i feel that this is a restaurant worth a cross border trip from Montreal to go visit and for that I believe deserves a better rating or at least much more recognition. About the food; i honestly found just about everything was awesome; the sides i ordered were the sweet potato mash, smoked cream corn, golden coconut rice and i added a mac attack on the side. The sauces that were accompanied with the meal all excellent. The meats we chose were the burnt ends brisket, texas hot links and a half rack of ribs. As far as the meats went i found that this establishment serves the best slow cooked meats; so their brisket I found to be the best cause it totally just melts in your mouth, the sausage links were great; super tender and juicy, packed with flavor. The ribs on the other hand were pretty dry and so no matter how good the sauce might have been, it was hard to taste any flavor from the meat and therefore could use some improvement with respect to cooking. Truly I’d have given them 4 stars due to this but because of the way everything else was fantastic and with respect to their slow cooked variety of meats. I give them a 5. Service was very thoughtful too. Thanks to all of you guys for the effort you put into serving a great meal.

First I should say that, for me, its primarily about the food. I found the meal here wanting. The half rack was a pretty small portion and the mac and cheese was flavorless and the sauce was grainy. The salad had a double portion of pulled pork and was enough for lunch but cost $19.

Great food, have to go back and try other things on the menu. Please try the Oak smoked ice cream; incredible. Cocktails really nice too. Love the decor, the bar looks amazing. Staff friendly. The place is tucked away and so not easy to find. You will have to know to try this place. Once word gets out though, it may be hard to get in.

Drove by this place 1000 times . the outside doesn’t really draw you in much but once you go inside …. It’s WOW. beautiful interior. Spacious and airy. 5 star for sure. The second level and stairway has me intrigued. The service was excellent, above and beyond ! And last but not at all least the food and drinks are as expected – sooooo good . Tender fall apart meat , accurately seasoned, satisfying, good portion size. Will be going back frequently.

The place had a cool interior for its odd location and the food was pretty good. It wasn’t the best bbq I’ve had in my life and the briskey was sorta dry but we came at the end of the day and so I assume that it was cooked a day or two ago and was sorta the end of the batch. They had whiskey flights which was cool but nothing really special or rare when it comes to bourbon. BBQ and bourbon go hand in hand so I would love to see some more rare stuff that I can’t get. Otherwise, nice place with a great staff. Check it out if you haven’t!

Wow! This bbq place tucked in a corner of a commercial complex is highly underrated. They have a well stocked bar with local brews on tap and cocktails that the chef dreams up to pair well with the food. Looking at you Winter Crisp Gimlet.

Hidden in a commercial building just off Route 7 is this clean, comfortable and amazing BBQ joint. The smoked meats are delicious and not pre-sauced. The beer selection is excellent. The sauces are great. The sides are perfect (we had sweet potato mash, Mac and cheese, baked beans, and tots). At my first bite, I decide this was on my list of must-do any time I have plans to come to Burlington.

The barbeque is good. So nice to have a great barbeque place in South Burlington. I have been here twice so far and will be coming back for more. First time I had the brisket sandwich with the rocket sauce. That was a killer sandwich. Second time, was a the pulled pork platter. Great side of corn bread stuffing and collard greens. I love that they have color coordination with the sauces. This is a hidden gem in the Burlington area.

This is something else. I would have never expected to find a BBQ place tucked away like that. But when you open the door it will hit you the face just like you where in the South. The food was delicious we have told everyone about it, very friendly staff. The cost was not that bad, we got a lot of food for the price.

Fantastic food, great and attentive service. So far been here two times and both times were a pleasant experience. Try all the sauces with sides and or main course, you wont be disappointed! Also, they have great beer selection. My favorite was the Brooklyn Black Ops. Also the “Margarita En Fuego” was a kick to the taste buds. If you are a fan of spice, definitely go for this Margarita!! Kudos to folks at Low n’ Slow. Definitely glad to have you guys in the neighborhood.
