After working hard out in the hot sun, eating a nice hot melty sub in the cool air conditioning with a huge drink was super refreshing and the employees were super welcoming, came around to ask if everything was good with our order. I would definitely go there again.

I wanted to like this place, but I was a little disappointed. The people in there was nice and friendly but the subs were not that good. Price wise you are going to pay more from 3 to 4 dollars more per meal then subway.

This has happened twice now that they’ve taken my order and waited until I showed up to tell me they were out of this or that, last time it was my entire protein, this time, honey mustard. The thing is they wait until you get there to tell you, instead of telling you when you order. This store does nothing but waste your time, if they even have what you ordered in the first place. 0/10 I would not come here if I was starving again. Your management should be absolutely appalled and ashamed, and I will be contacting corporate. This is unacceptable twice in a ROW.

This is my favorite restaurant in brevard county. I used to grab lunch somewhere else until I decided to try your store. Dalton always makes my lunches enjoyable with his kindness and hospitality. I will continue to bring my family and co workers here. My sandwich tastes the best when it’s made with kindness. This store has the best bread – always tastes fresh. I went in to pick up a redo for an office that placed a to go ordedr about a week prior. The gentleman manager was helpful, kind & gave no issues to remake sandwich they messed up on. Husband & I ordered prime rib & chicken subs with soups & brownies & sat down. When they were ready the young girl with entirely too much makeup on, yells across the room ,”Yours is ready!” And she puts two bags on the counter. I walk over grab the two bags bring them back to the table and begin unpacking them. As I’m taking a sandwich out of the bag she yells,”Did you take that bag up?!” I was stunned… Didnt know what to say…”What was the Uber eats order you took?! “Embarrassed, I apologized & told her I was sorry & didnt mean to. She gave me looks of disgust! The manager came over and took the bag and GAVE IT TO THE U ER DRIVER! NO ONE ASKED IF I TOUCHED IT OR ANYTHING! Hr was very sweet, but still… If I knew that they had done that with my food I would NEVER order from them again!

I got the new prime rib sub and it was horrible. Bread was stale and the prime rib had no flavor. I was a bit disappointed as the sub didn’t taste fresh at all and went straight in the trash. I will stick with going to another Firehouse location.
