The cashier serving us (he did a good job) encountered an issue, but before we even knew there was a problem Hannah came to the counter and resolved it. She treated the cashier with such patience and respect, all while resolving the issue quickly and with a smile, that I was blown away by the experience. If that’s the kind of culture that exists at this BK then I would want to eat there all the time if I was a local.

Ordered just tonight and got 2 plain double cheeseburgers with nothing but ketchup and cheese, and apparently they can’t properly read the orders because they ended up putting bacon and mustard on them both, when the order specifically said nothing but cheese and ketchup, then when i called in I was told it’s my own problem and they won’t do anything about it. Absolutely horrible service and I probably will not be returning, especially when they refuse to right their wrongs and say “i don’t know what to say when it’s a you problem”.
