Great food. This is a family owned restaurant. They seem to know most of their customers. I eat there often, and I recognize many of the customers. The seating area is small but usually sufficient for their steady flow of customers.

Tamale was so hard I couldn’t even eat it so the guy wind up making me the enchilada plate. The enchilada sauce was so thick I didn’t like, yuck beans and rice was OK overall it was not worth $$ smh ♀️ not sure what happen after Covid but it’s truly hard to get a decent plate anywhere. So sad so sad.

This is a small independent fast food Mexican place that services restaurant quality food. You order your food at the counter and can take it to go or eart in the small eating area there that has recently been redecorated like a full Mexican restaurant. The restaurant manager taking orders at the counter has been there over 25 years and is so pleasant and makes everyone feel like they are a VIP customer. We go about once a month and he always remembers our order preferences. Prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. My husband loves the Jumbo burrito (about 11.95). He gets it wet with carnitas. It is huge and has tons of meat. I get the seafood enchilada plate from the $8.95 specials posted in the window. It is one nice size enchilada with beans, rice, a SMALL salad, and a small amount of chips with sauce on them. It is a great meal at a great price. There are also other special options both for breakfast and lunch. **The prices above reflect that they have gone up $1 recently, which is typical of most restaurants these days. The portions are still very generous and the service is superior.

Sorry to say but I was unsatisfied with the “Migas” (Egg & Tortilla) The meal was mostly ALL fried Tortillas and probably 1 egg that I couldn’t even taste I had to fry & add my own eggs and it didn’t hit the same as usual… Bummed out!!
