I wish I could give this place negative stars. This had to be the worst sonic I’ve ever been to and that’s saying something. First off, only car in the drive thru and maybe 2 cars parked. It takes 15 minutes to get my food. Drive thru speaker apparently barely works as well. Finally get my expensive food. I ordered two chili cheese coneys. Mine looked like someone already started eating it and my wife’s hotdog was burnt. Like actually burnt. Pitiful quality for sure. I’d have been faster to drive down moberly and order there and come back and quality couldn’t have been worse. Including pictures to show.

Like why would you bot cook a corndog all the way. It goes in the fryer I know it takes a while. But the next time your manager is asking how long on something. You tell them shut up! Or get it them selves it’s ready when it’s done. OK we sell half cooked corndogs. And they get served with mustard. It’s on the picture the app the windows the drive throw the video screens everywhere but Pete esch Corp is to cheap to offer condiments anymore. I wish they would sell to D.L. rogers so we can get some service with a smile around here and quality food again. Or I guess I’ll just go to whataburger now. God fearing Texans know burgers better than you Oklahoma sonic people

I normally like this one but tonight just was pretty bad. They did give me extra ketchup but the tots were cold and I asked for a chili cheese dog add onion… well the photo shows what i got. No onion and barely anything on an old dog/ soggy wrinkly bun. If they were closed or didn’t have enough to do it they should have said and I would have not wasted my money.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst place with the worst employees! Ordered a large jumbo popcorn chicken with bbq sauce on them with tots. And got them dry no sauce and there was like 7 little pieces for a large. Pushed the button pushed the button for them to just put bbq sauce on them and it took 20 mins. In all had push the button 3 times. In all had to wait 35 mins on food and they werent evan busy. Never ever ever going there again.

In definite need of more supervision. I was the only customer on the lot, when I ordered I was asked to wait….still no other customer, tried to order again, same reply, then a customer pulled in 2 stalls down and they got to order before I did.

I go there probably 2 times a week bc it is close to my work and I have the app and always order 10min or more before I go and every single time I get there no matter if it’s just a drink or food it take almost 30 min to get food. Today I pre order a slush and I have been sitting here in empty parking lot 1 car in drive thru and it has been 10min. None of the employees seem happy to have a job and most of the time rude like I bother them giving them my money and then tipping.
