I never thought I’d go back to Eddie’s, however I wanted to give the new management a chance. I couldn’t be more impressed with them over the numerous visits I’ve made since. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. The calzones are top tier, my favorite is probably Buffalo chicken or the Chicken Bacon Ranch. They have a bunch of other great food such as well wings. Overall Eddie’s Calzones is quick, convenient, and is always excellent quality. Whether you’re out partying or simply can’t sleep; Eddie’s is the best late night eatery in Columbia!

Ordered from there and it took about 2 hours to come, due to a mistake in their system which I can understand and was not upset about. However when the food arrived was not impressed. Fries are soggy and undercooked. Mozzarella sticks were lukewarm and super hard. Calzone does have a good taste to it but didn’t receive the marinara sauce I asked for to pair with it. Just overall a little disappointed.

Food is not good. Prices are way too high for the quantity and quality. Wings are big and soggy, chicken tenders are not real meat. When you pull them apart they look like an eraser on a pencil. Tater tots taste like they were in microwaved for 3 minutes. Calzones have more cheese than any other ingredient inside. So if you order a specific calzone dont expect to taste anything other than burnt bread and cheese. Ovens need to be cleaned. Calzones are not cooking consistently. It’s either undercooked or overcooked. All the negative reviews. Believe them.

I have eaten here two times, both times I have gotten the calzones and wings. The food has been amazing. I am not sure why there are bad reviews both times I have eaten there it has been great customer service and great food. I usually eat there after I leave a bar downtown. The food is quick and cooked all the way through. I love the atmosphere and the inside of the restaurant. I would highly recommend this restaraunt!

This establishment is a hot mess. I ordered DoorDash from this restaurant and (FYI) they deliver the orders themselves. My delivery was over an hour late, so I contacted the restaurant (as instructed in the app) and they told me that the delivery driver didn’t show up for their shift and that they did not know when my food was going to be delivered. They also told me that they couldn’t refund or cancel my order. Unacceptable. Thankfully, I contacted DoorDash support and they promptly canceled and refunded my order.

I miss Eddie’s so much!!! My favorite spot in Columbia from college. I enjoyed it sober too haha and would even take my family there and the negative reviews make me sad! Everywhere is understaffed nowadays so people need to have a little grace. Literally the yummiest and most fun/unique place!! Bbq steak and baked potato calzones are 10/10. If y’all are looking to open a location in Los Angeles hmu lol!

My friend picked up food from there tonight calzone was extremely soft there was more cheese than toppings and barley any meat or anything else and they forgot the marinara sauce don’t know if I’d go back again waste of money

Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak calzone to only receive a cheese calzone with a literal pinch of steak. If I wanted a cheese calzone, I would’ve simply ordered that. Disappointing especially for the price…if you’re charging $15 for a calzone at least make it correctly! Also I had to sit uncomfortably while waiting on our food due to most seating if not all being trashed and very unclean. With as slow as it was, there was definitely time for the areas to be cleaned. Do better if you plan to be open as late.
