I love the food here my only issue with this place is that everytime i put a mobile order in I go to the drive through to pick it up they always tell me to come inside and the food don’t even be ready. Meanwhile other people who are just coming in the store are ordering as I’m waiting for mines already get their food way quicker than me. The whole purpose of me putting in a mobile order is to grab my food quick then leave quick. I even come 5 minutes after my pickup time to give them more time to get it ready. It’s just annoying when all the other customers who come after me get served way quicker.

The worst Panda Express you can go to. Orange Chicken & Honey Ealnut Shrimp is always soft. Every other Pandas I have been to, its always been nice and crispy and fresh. Definitely not here. My honey Walnut shrimp was so soggy and soft, it was plain tasting. No honey glaze or anything. You can see in the picture that there is barely any sauce and its soft. Yuck!!!

Great food still need Mello yellow got tea instead. Update June 16 2023 Great news they added Mello Yello in 20 oz bottles, but unfortunately not in fountain drink form. At least it’s a start.

I’ve been coming to this panda for the past week now with my client who is autistic. An everytime we came. There was always a new issue with the staff. And today was no different as I ordered my food today an was paying. The female worker K. Was very rude to me. As I was trying to explain to her an her other coworker that was ringing me out. That doing a survey online gets a free entree. Well they kept giving me the wrong price an I was telling her that it was a incorrect price. She told me to “HUSH”. All because she couldn’t figure out the problem, until it finally got resolved. I told the manager on shift and he did nothing about it. Unacceptable customer service. Would like something done about it

Get only a few pieces of very small meat on entree. Ordered crab Rangoon and it was only cream cheese in center. Quality and quantity has gone down. Will not order from here again

This is my second time coming here and my last . 1st time they got my order wrong and the chow was dry. This time I asked if they could pour a little sweet and fire chicken sauce onto the noodles for me after she asked would I like any sauce … the cashier reply was “their ACL was in the building and they couldn’t -_- … idk what a ACL is but that was a weak excuse and if anyone from management don’t allow the establishment to give out free sauce what is the world coming too? Panda was never that good and paid 18bucks for dry noodles AGAIN!

If you order your food online dont bother showing up ahead of time. I set mine for inside pick up due to my vechile is too big for drive thru. As waiting with no customer in line they repeatedly asked name and said ” your early we wont start yours til the pick up time”. Way to keep your customers coming back.

Vegan approved! I could eat my weight in Beyond The Original Orange Chick’n!! Their sweet, spicy, and tangy orange sauce is irresistible. Beyond Meat captures all of the flavors and textures of the original, but without any animal products. Totally Vegan!! I cannot wait to try their other Vegan options, such as Eggplant Tofu, Super Greens, Chow Mein, and Vegetable Spring Rolls. Panda Express, thank you for making my stomach happy!!
