The Dominos has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Ordered my food online and when it got to me, they didn’t bring all my items. They told me they would bring it right to me. After waiting for an hour I called the store and waited on the phone for 20 minutes and no one picked up. I finally rode to the store to find my delivery guy just standing there holding up a wall. I told them what happened and they said they were really busy and had no one to answer the phone. I said I get that but if someone tells you they will be right back, then you do what you say you are going to do! I will never order from them again!

Very rude!!! I called to advise that my order was missing something that I paid for. I was placed on hold when the line became open I could here laughing and then some guy name KY hung up on me. When I called back I was greeted by some girl with a weird name that sounded like a disease that started with a V. I think it was Valeria anyway she said she was a manager but seemed not to care that I was hung up on. I have never had an issue from this store until now. I definitely will not order anything else from this dominoes.

Very pleased with the service received from this Domino’s location. I placed several orders for a Middle School ance and they were there on time with our fresh, hot pizza. The delivery drivers were super nice. I accidentally placed my second order twice, they called to confirm and cancelled the duplicate. Professional, friendly, and honest staff!

I waited more than an hour for my food. My food didn’t even go in the oven until 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be READY. I waited inside for more than 20 minutes. As soon as the app told me my order was ready I indicated I was “heading inside now” on the app. Everyone else that was waiting had their names of their orders called out and handed to them. Mine was never called. After waiting an extra 5 minutes I had to call someone over to ask about my order. It was sitting behind the counter and they just left it there sitting for who knows how long. In the past I’ve never had bad experiences, but it’s been awhile since I’ve been to this location but I dont think I’ll be returning.

Excellent service, we ordered 2 pizzas to pickup and they were ready in time. The attention was kind, on time and good. I would recommend people to order online and come and collect. They have cheaper prices for collection and deals available all over. Definitely going to get some pizza again.

I tried to call in an order as we were leaving work for lunch and I sat on hold the entire time I was on the way there about 5 minutes, my husband just went inside to order the food and I kept the line on just to see how long I’d have to wait it was about 5 more minutes. He said while he was inside the phone was ringing the entire time and just before he walked out the clerk stopped the ringing and my call disconnected at that time. No one ever answered , she just straight up didn’t want to answer the phone.. a tiny one topping pizza is 15 dollars. I’m going to papa Johns.
