Cozy little restaurant with great food and awesome staff. Very clean restaurant. The subs are loaded with meat and cheese and the kids meal are a great deal for little ones. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Their subs are delicious and made fresh for each individual order. Prompt service for both dine-in and pickup orders. Currently, there are no online ordering options or delivery options, but you can place an order by phone in advance for either pickup or dining in. Payment is made when you receive your order at the restaurant. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and ensures that you receive exactly what you ordered every single time. The dining atmosphere is seat yourself seating and consists of one large room with multiple sizes of wooden tables, chairs, and a few booths. Decor is comprised of sports memorabilia featuring the local university, Christopher Newport University (CNU), and a few local high schools. There are several TVs showing news and sports mounted around the dining room. It’s definitely a college student atmosphere but still suitable for family dining. Almost all subs are seasoned with their “secret sauce,” which helps to create a surprising and delightful “taste explosion that you don’t want to forgo. They also sell small cups of extra “secret sauce” for those who like their subs with a little more sauce. Highly recommend this local, 46-year-old gem!!

Paid 18$ for a delicious combo sadje about the price but the ACC was delicious. For the price-point though I feel like you should get more meat or vegetables I got water and lays chips. Had me sadje for my wallet. Had to wait 15minutes or so but the tastyness was worth it.

If u come during the lunch rush, it’s very busy and packed in here, however it completely cleared out within 30 minutes when all the area locals returned to work so I imagine that’s typical for this hot spot.

This was a great little spot with a fun old time diner vibe. I got one if their signature subs, hot, and it was very good. There bread crisped in the oven so it was crunchy on the outside and a bit chewy on the inside. The meats are good quality deli meat, and the veggies tasted fresh. It took about 5 minutes from when I ordered to when the sub was ready.
