Five Guys always has burgers that are delicious and fresh. The staff always seems friendly and they look like they have a good time mingling and chatting among one another. That type of chatter and team work helps keep up employee morale and makes me smile. They worked efficiently and had an excellent dynamic. It’s not just the food why I love coming here.. it’s also the employees. They all deserve at least $15 an hour.

I initially felt the price for a burger, fries and a med drink was rather expensive. But the burger was made fresh to order and just right! I felt like they gave me 5lbs of fries too! I was starving when I arrived but felt stuffed when I walked out the door. I still had half a burger left! Well done!!

This place was horrible. The food took ages to be done, although it was not busy and it was likely because two of the front staff that were manning the burgers and fries were chatting, laughing and goofing off instead of working. I found it really distasteful that they were having personal, inappropriate conversations in the front where everyone can hear and see them instead of cooking, running back and forth, laughing and spitting all over the food. Will not be returning. Maybe hire professional staff. If I had their names I’d complain formally on them both because what they were talking about was extremely inappropriate. A male with glasses and female who worked today 7/30/23.

Just so you know for a couple to eat here with one child it came to $54 that’s two burgers for my husband, the first one was fine but the second one was soggy. he had to tear it apart to eat it, my burger was soggy from the get-go which I had to tear it apart to eat just the meat with the cheese and half of the bun. my child’s burger was fine. Also we picked it up and drove 2 blocks home. I’m simply flabbergasted at the amount that it cost. Fine dining at home with Olive Garden takeout cost less than what I paid for some soggy burgers. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Forgot to put cheese on cheese burger. 5 kids standing around doing nothing. Tiny amount of fries that had been sitting around for 10 min . I would have thought with them doing nothing they could have cooked a fresh batch
