Pizza Hut is always good and has been since going to the Pizza Hut buffet in the restaurant in the 80’s. (Miss that). The customer service at Pizza Gulf Breeze is outstanding. They will make sure you are a satisfied customer and I highly recommend fast food pizza from this location. Thank you!

Pizza hut is kinda proud of their food. I went their for late luch with my gf and spentalmost $40. We should’ve went to the mexican restaurant down the road but lesson learned. The staff was real freindly and this is a take out only in case anyone was wondering.

We actually had a problem with our order. Not all of it was delivered. So when we called the store the general manager personally cooked the rest of our order as well as delivered it to us. When we got it it was hot and ready to eat. That is going above and beyond what you would think is expected with customer service these days. So we will keep ordering from Pizza Hut. And this general manager should be recognized for his excellent customer service.

Not a great location and poor customer service. Above all the owner, not the employee, do accept or seems apologetic on their mistakes. Order my pizza on the app, went to pick up the pizza after I see the message it is ready. Guess what, pizza was not ready. Most frustrating they put the blame on the system. If the system is not working, just click some button and disable online orders. Calling to the corporate office as well.

My name is Cynthia Corey. I have been ordering pizza from Pizza Hut for the past 28 years. Today I placed an order. I called after an hour had passed and was told it was on the way. When 2 hours had passed I called back and was told that I had given was incorrect. He verified that the address was, in fact, correct. He didn’t offer anything. The order was paid for, so I asked him to refund me which has not been done.

Called in to Papas after I was having system issues with my order. Jake was incredibly kind and understanding and made my issue an immediate priority. Our delivery driver also was prompt and kind and we usually don’t order from Papa’s, but after tonight, and as regular pizza connoisseurs, they’ve earned our business for a long time.
