I will be the first admit that i absolutely love their food. Never any issues with the food itself. But the customer service is so inconsistent. I do not like having to buy 10 wings OR placing an order on doordash and paying so much more to get less then 10 wings .. Not everyone eats 10 wings or should pay more to buy each wing individually.

Got the chicken wings & the smell of the oil on them was aweful. The taste was exactly how they smelled. Two days later I still have the smell of old cooking oil in my car. Ended up giving my dogs both plates once we got home. Will never return.

I have been here a few times to get chicken wings. The first few times the wings where good. I went today and the staff was being stupid and lazy. Took 30 minutes to make my chicken even when I called in order 20 minutes before I showed up. I asked to speak to manager the older black woman who is usually really nice was not there this Sunday. They where pretty busy and I just wanted to get my food an go. When I got home I took a bit into my jumbo wings and they where slimmy and pink. My daughter was fixing to eat hers until I stopped her. I went back to return food and the girl at register said they don’t do refunds on food that left the store. Very very upset. And yes they Have roaches saw them crawling at the register. You all should go back to your other location or find a new one ASAP.

I have been craving chicken wings for years, since COVID began and the food priced, soared. Chicken wings were so expensive that I could not afford to buy them. I am elderly disabled, and on limited income, and do not qualify for SNAP benefits or the new insurance food card. When a manager at my apartment was eating wings from Krazy Wings Express, I had to find it and purchase some. It took a week to Google the directions and search in Maps for directions. I bought the 10 naked wings special and was not disappointed. I ate the entire meal with fries. They were sooo good. I went back the following Sunday after church and bought the sweet and sour wings special. I have found my wing place. It’s affordable. I found the facility lacking but I predict they will grow very fast.Their menu is a soul food paradise and I intend to try more food options whenever I am able, financially.

Really debating on two or three stars, I got the wings. They tasted good. The Caribbean dry was my favorite, but those wings were the smallest wings I have ever seen. Micro chickens.

We just got in town and we’re hungry. It took well over 40 minutes to get our order. The food was cold the owner was talking to her employees wrecklessly. They couldn’t keep the orders together. If I’m in this town again I will never try this again.

Food is absolutely amazing wings was cooked to perfection and the burgers ,man listen don’t let the appearance fool you the food is great and staff was super nice everything was made fresh my office loved it no complaints.
