We were super excited that a nearby, local sushi restaurant opened up and couldn’t wait to try it. It did not disappoint. It was fun that they used purple rice instead of the traditional white rice. Made the rolls more colorful and tasty. Everything was delicious, my son especially liked the salmon poke bowl. I have dietary restrictions and eat plant based so it was very refreshing that they had so many vegan options and choices. Service was great and they were very attentive. The restaurant is modern looking and they did a great job with how everything is set up. Will be coming back!

My husband and I came for our sushi date night. kuro Sushi did not disappoint. We loved all our sushi choices. Very Fresh ingredients, I personally loved the ginger they gave us with the sushi. It was a happy surprise they use purple rice. Overall a very great experience, will be back soon to try more items on the menu. Bellow are the sushi we tried.

Went here twice in 4 days because it was so yummy! The first time we went, went with 2 others and ordered the rolls. We came back a few days later because we wanted to do the lunch special chirashi bowl and that was so worth! We also got the fried soft shell crab which was so light, crispy, and juicy~ The fish is super fresh and delicious and such good quality. Would highly recommend and will be returning!

Finally a great sushi restaurant in Bellevue that uses high quality fish and ingredients and doesn’t charge an arm and leg !!! This place is perfect for people that love high quality sushi and Japanese food but with a very reasonable price point. Presentation looks amazing and even though they just opened they are super busy ! Servers and host was extremely nice too! They also have a bunch of imported alcohol that I am dying to try next time.

Such a relaxing and warm environment! The staff were super friendly, and the food was delicious and unique. I got the shrimp tempura and salmon rolls, and yes the rice is lightly purple! (I asked why, and the waiter said they use black and white rice, which turns it purple, how cool.) Everything was presented in such a beautiful way. Would love to come back and try more sushi!

Amazing food, great service, and a hip and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant has beautiful design and the food we got was super fresh. I had the mixed poke which had tasty housemade sauces and a healthy serving of fresh fish – highly recommend. We also got a veggie roll which was really good, the soft tofu on top was amazing. Great service to top it off. Will definitely be back next time we’re in the neighborhood

Bellevue finally got an awesome sushi restaurant!! Loved the ambiance, decent food, and attentive service. We all enjoyed every single dish, and they were beautiful presented as well. I was informed that this place will have grand opening with more items soon! Can’t wait to visit again. 10/10!!
