The Hot pots and snacks here are really good. They use an online ordering system where you place your order on your phone even when dining in. This is nice as it let’s you take your time when ordering and you can even add to your order even while eating. Ironically, the system does not accept payment so you still need to do that with the waitress.

*Not for beginners*….. I am not Asian but very adventurous with Asian food. I can eat fish, but not big into fish flavors. We ordered 3 different style bowls and all 3 were overwhelmingly fishy for me. I wish they would have beginner options for people who like myself didn’t grow up eating a lot of fish items. I even tried the lamb bowl but it had stuffed fish balls I wasn’t expecting. Wow, what a punch those pack. My two cents is have an option for all those bowls with no fish products. Because the pictures look amazing!

One of the best hot pot spot ever! We got the house special which comes a bit with everything and it was super delicious. Along with the fried calamari and takoyaki it was perfect! The downside is the waiting list since the place accommodates small but not too bad and is worth the wait.

This place is pretty good! I would say anyone that likes Boiling Point, this is a great alternative. It isn’t franchised as far as I know, and the soup I believe feels more natural. Maybe there is less msg or something. The few times I have ordered here, it has been quite decent, the people taking order or collecting payment could definitely be nicer though.

This is where I go if I am a bit under the weather or not feeling well. Their variety of soups will make you come back. I always get their pumpkin pot. It is sweet and mildly sour. I also tried their side dishes and their Takoyaki is so good.

We went Pot on Fire several times. This time was the worst experience that we ever had. When we arrived at the restaurant, nobody greeted us nor telling us you guys are not accepting any guests anymore after standing there for 5 minutes. The service at that moment was not busy and there were still empty tables available. We tried to interact with one of the waitresses for more than two times but she ignored completely. We left and will never come back. Please close your open sign and update your hours on Google maps if you guys do not take any customers.

Fried chicken wing are used to served 6 PCs now it becomes 5 Pcs. Drink is not that good as before, they add more water than before. Maybe the inflation change the quality. I am sad that it used to be my favorite store.
