Always fresh! The service is fast enough. They don’t allow more than 3 people inside the restaurant because of Covid, and I liked this regulation because the place is so small. The ordering process is easy and they provide everything you ask for; napkins, forks, cups, and plates. Everytime I go, I see different people working, though.

If i can rate them negative, i would. Worst customer service ever! I never received my order. But they’re saying it was delivered. The personel at their branch had the audacity to be mad at me. And whenever i was trying to do a refund they told me to wait for the store manager for the next morning and they can offer to remake it and i have to wait for 75 minutes after the fact i was already waiting for almost 2 hours. Don’t recommend buying here.

Don’t waste your time they don’t care about their customers all they care about is getting your money and giving you a little product with hardly no toppings if you have this problem don’t go to Target Everett Massachusetts or Revere Massachusetts Dorchester target has the biggest pizza for seven something with lots of pepperonis it makes the little pizza look like huge six big slices they have little pizza bites as well and you can dip them with a fork avoid all the Pizza huts around the area including Lynn Massachusetts the same owner as Revere Dorchester Target the best Pizza Hut around by the way it’s a nine inch pizza at the Dorchester Target Pizza Hut loaded with lots of pepperoni by the way the Dorchester Target Pizza Hut is a 9 inch pizza for the same price as a small that Rivera and Lynn Massachusettstrying to rip us of Dorchester Target Pizza Express 9 inch pizza for seven something lots of pepperoni

Decent enough pizza but the service could improve a bit. The attendant gave an IDGAF attitude. Generally such people at restaurants take customers seriously and tend to give a smile at least as a part of basic customer service but that wasn’t the case here. Decent enough pizza. For 5$ you get a personal one topping pizza and a bottle of soda. They didn’t have anything else except Sierra Mist on the sodas so had no other option.

I’ve been ordering from here for over a year. I’m now fed up with being shorted on my order. Time and time again. How hard is it to check to see if you have ALL of the order b4 leaving??? Apparently very hard. I’ve had to order extra just to compensate for what will inevitable be forgotten. I order double breadsticks and the meat pasta, which is suppose to come with breadsticks, but NEVER does! So what I’m going to start doing is every Friday I’m going to post how much I was shorted and start an on going Talley of how much money I’m owed. Maybe Pizza Hut corporate will finally get this store to get their orders right.

I ordered online and picked up my order in 15 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh( I had a lg meat lover original pan pizza and 2 pasta deal) but they forgot my breadsticks.

Got a wrong order delivered from here. Each time I called to report it they would hang up on me, and Pizza Hut is also complicit as they have refused to resolve this issue directly with me, but instead continue to redirect me to the same restaurant with the issues
