They always have my pizza done just right. And I’m always greeted with a big smile by whoever is running the register. And that was the case yesterday when I got my free pizza and they had just finished making 210 pizzas for a fundraiser for Gates County High School Beta Club! They literally handed the last pizza to sponsors of the fundraiser just before I got mine. And they still had a big smile on their face! Customer service is alive and well at Domino’s Pizza!

This was the slowest experience that I have had at this location. I ordered at 6:45. The app let me know my order was ready at 7:06. I went in to pick up my order and they stated that it would be right out. I continued to wait while watching others come and go. At 7:26 I was finally given my order. If the order was not coming right out then that is what I should have been told. They seemed to be looking for the order as if it had not been made. Once I got my order I checked it of course and I was told “you can touch it, it’s hot.” The plus side was that my order was actually made correctly. I was an assistant manager at this location years ago so I do empathize with the workers on how busy a Friday night can be, but communication goes a long way.

The disrespect shown to my father in law is all you need to know about this location. His pharmacy helps him immensely since he is in hospice care. as a thank you he decided to send them some pizza as a small thank you. It was over 3 hours late. At the 1 hour mark he calls and they lied and told him it was on the way. After it finally arrived 3 hours late he called and asked to speak with the manager. That particular being who lacks a spine refused to talk with my father in law and passed the buck to an employee. Disrespectful, cowardly and all around a manager that needs to be replaced.

Ordered my food at 10 and it said that my order was being prepped at 10:07. I called at 10:31 cause I know it doesn’t take that long for it to be prepped. The manager told me that they were understaffed which I told him I totally understand and I asked how long it would take, he told me about an hour. It hit the hour mark and yet still no food. I go to check my app and it said order was cancelled. I called the store again at 11:46 and waited 8 minutes and no answer. I called again and finally got an answer I asked about why it was cancelled and he said orders normally get cancelled around this time at night and yet they didn’t even call to let me know it was being cancelled.
