I have loved Starbucks for a long while now, but recently things have changed since I tried Dunkin. Starbucks needs to step up their game with the iced down coffees ‘s and teas. I loved Starbucks for seems like my whole life. People need to see the real coffee that will actually make their day not with water, but with real coffee (Dunkin).

I have to give a shout-out to Gini, my barista today! I always tend to find friendly people at Starbucks, but she was particularly sweet and personable, which is a difficult thing to manage while also being speedy and professional (and she was working by herself, and I was at the end of a long line!). Especially right now with the pandemic, I’ve seen a lot of employees in many businesses being visibly overwhelmed (and understandably so, don’t blame them one bit), but Gini was on top of everything, and even talented enough to multitask with friendly chitchat while she whipped up delicious drinks. Everyone in front of me left with a smile just as big as mine. Also, my usual coffee is an order that often people get wrong because I customize it a bit, but she nailed it. I’m glad I passed through this town and got to get coffee from Gini today, because she’s one of those excellent customer servants who just makes your day brighter! May management take notice and give her all the praise. 🙂 Thanks, Gini! Hope your day is as yummy as my blonde latte!

I think her name was Krisi or Kirsi, but either way she was managing I believe and her associate seemed new and was a bit slow but Krisi had so much patience and was so kind and acknowledging of her customers and my app wasn’t loading and she was so patient with me and helped me fix it right up! Seriously awesome!!

Service frustrating. Took 30 minutes. I had 4 drinks and I had to explain twice that a Mocha Frappucino is not a hot latte then after I got home found out she marked the 2 caramelized honey frapps as Chai instead.
