I had breakfast there this morning and dinner tonight. All were well beyond my expectations. Everything is so fresh. Best biscuit and gravy I have ever had. The hand-crafted strawberry lemonade goes well with the made from scratch biscuits. Breakfast will knock your slippers off. I’d recommend Hardee’s Alma to anyone!

Ordered a Mushroom Swiss meal, a Frisco meal, a hot honey chicken sandwich with 2 strawberry shakes. Waited in line behind one car for 25 minutes. Spent $30.19. The Frisco buns were not toasted, the chicken sandwich was old (brown on the inside), dry and cold. The fries were also hard and cold. The shakes had no working lids for straws. Never eating here again.

Most excellent meal. I was exhausted and hungry after working all day without eating. When I didn’t get a response at the order menu going through the drive through, I pulled around to the window to make sure that they were still open. To my surprise they were. And when the nice lady at the window asked me what I would have, I realized that I had no idea and hadn’t really looked at the menu. I told her I’m extremely hungry and like bacon on my burgers and said just hook me up with something that would fill the spot. She said I’m going to feed you like I do my husband. Her husband is a lucky man. That bacon thick burger hit the spot and the fries were amazingly hot and fresh. Even the coke was good! No complaints here! Only great customer service! Thanks for a great meal!

Customer service was great although I ordered a chicken club, 9 piece poppers, famous with cheese combo medium. 2 milkshakes Before leaving look in my bag and only got fries and famous with cheese. They forgot chicken club so I told the drive thru worker so she went back and waited a few more minutes then she finally came out and hand me my chicken club. Went home open it up they forgot the cheese and the bacon on the club. Overall food was great

The food is good, and cooked fresh. However, mt order is wrong. We waited a good bit for our said to be prepared, I should have checked it before we left, but when we got back to the hotel next door I realized my order was wrong. I knew when he gave me three drinks it wasn’t correct and had said something but it was an address to the current time. All I wanted was my jalapeno poppers lol. But instead I got another Burger combo that I guess the dogs will now enjoy as it’s not going to go with my chicken tenders and Burgers and Fries just do not warm up the same after. However, the gentleman at the window was extremely polite and friendly. He did go over the top and her service so I do appreciate that. I will just say please make sure to check your order before you leave the parking lot and if you’re too tired to walk back next door to get it corrected LOL. However my chicken tenders are great and my husband’s Burger was delicious, yes I took a bite. With that said I do recommend this Hardee’s. I just say make sure you check your order before you leave.

Amazing that posted hours are to close at 10pm. Arrived at drive thru with another car at 9:51pm. They turned us both away said they were closed. If your hours say close at 10, then you take orders till 10, if you’re not going to take orders just before 10, then post your hours to close at 9:30pm. Bad business practice is the best I can say about this experience.

Very disappointed. Five of us went for breakfast. We stood at the counter for several minutes before our presence was even acknowledged. There were more than sufficient employees to assist the customers. Once we finally got our food only one of the five orders were correct. The young girl that finally was assigned to work the counter made faces and was visibly annoyed that she had to work the register. Needless to say I Won’t Be Back.
