I got my food to go. When I got my bucket of chicken home, I was disappointed to find that the pieces themselves were rather small. Also, while the staff at this location is certainly not mean, it would be inaccurate to say I received friendly customer service. It’s actually more like going through the motions. It doesn’t ruin the experience but it certainly doesn’t enhance it.

I ordered an 8 piece bucket on the app because it was only $10. I got to the restaurant to pick up my order and I was met with a bad attitude off the bat. They assumed that I was a door dasher and even made a comment about me probably being a door dasher because the bucket of chicken was only $10. I told them that I ordered on the app and I was there in person to pick up my food and that I was not a door dasher. A manager came around the corner and reiterated that I should not have been able to buy my 8 piece bucket at that price. If your app is going to advertise and offer a deal that I chose to take advantage of, I should not be given a hard time or have assumptions made about me when I pick up my order. I won’t be back, this was a great promotion to get people to use the app but, the attitude and disrespect that I was met with will keep me from patronizing this location in the future. They made me feel as if I stole my food, never again.

I went to this KFC to pick up a customer’s order. The front door had “Mobile orders pick up inside”. I knocked on the door, they waved me around. I knocked and pointed to the above quoted words. Summer Teeth told me that “We don’t have enough employees, you have to go through the drive thru”. I asked what was the difference between you handing me the order here or going through the drive thru…I soon learned the difference. We waited 10 minutes in drive thru the indifferent kid in the window only said one word, “Yeah”. One employee? made drinks, one employee? made the food, 2 employees? stood around and talked. 15 minutes later we were handed the order. Not enough employees? More like too many loiterers. This place is the slowest fast food in Mooresville i swear..The front door is locked and had to wait over 30 mins in the drive thru just to pick up a door dash but other people can call and wait at the front door and get there food handed to them like seriously…Plus there employees are rude as hell

My wife tried to go and pick us up dinner at 7:30 pm on a Saturday. All lights were turned off so I called the restaurant. Employees were there but they claimed to be closed with no explanation. While on the phone someone in the background said ” So we are telling people we are closed?” Very disappointed.
