Loved this place. Very good food and lots of variety. The dessert bar is to die for… Delicious! I was in Vegas for thirty day and ate here three different times. Each time was better than the last. Needless to say I throughly enjoyed each and every time. So if you’re in Vegas… it’s a must that you go here!

I was looking for a Vegas buffet with decent vegan options and found this one through other user reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by their vegan offerings. One entire ‘station’ is vegan. For me, it was more than enough, and my non-vegan husband and kids enjoyed the rest of the buffet offerings. In addition to the vegan station (pictures below if you want to see what their current offerings are) there was a mango sorbet (not technically vegan but dairy-free; no other vegan desserts) and a couple offerings at the salad bar. One salad labeled vegan was covered with cheese, and when I pointed that out, an employee was very helpful in confirming that and quick to take down the sign.

Eh, it was alright. Came on lobster day and the tails were hella overcooked. The crab was surprisingly perfectly cooked though. The rest of the food is pretty mid in both taste and selection. Not bad if you have someone who really likes lobster, but otherwise, I would pass on this spot.

First time I am having the buffet dinner here. We try the crab night. The food items are okay. They serve snow crab legs, stone crab, and Dungeness crab, but the crabs are cut in small pieces. I tried a couple of other dishes, but they were not fresh and missing some flavor. The prime rib at the carving station was good. Unfortunately, the service was a little slow, and I had to ask twice for my drinks.

Wanted lobster night, but it was sold out, so I came back at 545 for Crab Night. Waited 50-60 minutes. The service was excellent, and the crab and food were plentiful, except zero sushi of any type to be found. The other only thing that I did not see was any sugar-free desserts, and I walked around in circles searching. Unfortunately, the wife watched the family really enjoy ours as she is a diabetic.

For what it is, it’s just okay. The best things about this buffet are the dessert station, and the service. Our server, Salvador, was amazing! Very attentive, and kind. The food unfortunately was underwhelming – I found it lacking in flavour for the most part. I would have liked an iceberg lettuce option for the salad bar to build my own salad as opposed to the darker greens they offered. However, the carved meats were pretty nice. And i very much enjoyed the dessert section – so many options! All the people working at the A.Y.C.E were very helpful and friendly. Dining room was comfortable and airy, which is nice considering its right off the casino floor. I do wish they offered more than one option for coffee with your dessert, such as cappuccino or espresso.

We went for Lobster Night and let’s just say, it was a fantastic experience. From start to finish, our dinner buffet was nothing short of a 5 star, personable and amazing dining experience.

The food was great but the service is what earned it 5 stars from me. I have a gluten allergy so I mentioned it to our server and she alerted the chef. Chef Michael came and walked me around all of the stations and let me know what options were already gluten free or what could be made gluten free. While I was grabbing dessert at the end, he made sure to personally give me a slice of their gluten free chocolate cake. I appreciate Chef Michael taking the time to make sure I had a great experience and didn’t leave hungry.
