I’ve lived in Napa since I was 8 years old and I’m 26, I’ve eaten at almost every truck in Napa at least once and this is still the #1 spot that I frequent. Pastor is absolutely delicious but you can get anything on the menu and it’s going to be great. I usually get a Super Burrito or Vampiros with Pastor, everything on them and hot with a pepper on the side. It’s great every single time and everyone I introduce it to thinks the same. If you like good consistent and not to mention fairly priced compared to 95% of Napa then go here.

I am such a big fan of Tacos Don Carlos. The Al Pastor tacos are small but delicious and full of flavor, you can’t just have one. I also ordered a quesadilla this time around which was very pleasant. What put things over the top were the hot cheeto tacos, wow! So unique and worth trying. To make things even better, the customer service is incredible, the staff is always nice.
