Pleasantly surprised with the friendly service. Izzy greeted me before I even got in line. He was super friendly and kind and got me taken care of quickly. The food was on par with the price. And when I asked for ketchup the young lady behind the counter asked me how many I wanted and dropped what she was doing turned around got it for me and handed it to me promptly.

Absolutely Disgusting. I walked in with my 4 small kids and walked right out. The dining room needs a whole 360 make over. No way possible you expect customers to sit in a filthy environment of such. I could only imagine how the kitchen looked and cared to not to find out.

Food taste like it has been sitting out all day or just reheated from the day before.. I ordered through the app and it specifically asked me what condiments I wanted, didn’t add any kind of charge when I checked out but when I got there I had to pay extra for the condiments. Not sure what happened but this place use to be great.

The place was empty at 1230 pm. Took 5 minutes before someone finally saw us at the counter, then we were told someone would be with us shortly. Drive was definitely the more important people. Ordered revived wrong food. While waiting for manager to remake food. I watched her prepare herself a boberry biscuit and lick her finger and continue to touch everything included food items. I confronted her and she kicked me out. Inside of store is absolute mess.

Continually get the wrong order or missing items. WhatI do end up getting is never wrapped completely and typically falls apart. Kept going because it’s on the way to work but it’ll be well worth anyone’s time to drive the extra mile to the mountain view location.

I will start with the positive which is the food is always cooked well and taste delicious. But that’s where the praise ends. Went today to pick up my bojangles order and two of my work mates online orders. One ordered two honey mustards and bbq sauce to go with his and had bosized his combo. The other had ordered honey mustard and hot sauce to go with his meal. The ones meal was no bosized and I had to pay for one of the honey mustards so he’d have two even though he already had paid for the extra in app. The other buddy I had to pay for his payed for his paid for honey mustard as well. I had to do that just so they could have the sauces they were already supposed to have. I ordered my 2 piece dinner at the window. And had ordered mashed potatoes and gravy which I know she took right at the window because it showed right on my receipt. I get back to work only to find I was given dirty rice instead. Was a horrible experience all around other than the deliciousness of the food.

I just dropped the rating on this restaurant to one star for service. Went through the drive thru and ordered a Cajun Filet sandwich and a Steak biscuit. Got to work and was going to eat my breakfast and what do you know….. the only food in the bag was the Cajun Filet sandwich!! I paid for both sandwiches! Didn’t have time to go back to get my Steak biscuit. PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE! I HATE BEING RIPPED OFF!
