Food is generally really great but be sure to check your pizza before you leave. Ordered a vegan pizza Saturday after a long day of hiking and forgot to check it. Got home and saw it was made with mozzarella and it was a few minutes before closing so I was out a dinner.

While the service has slipped a bit since the original owners sold it, Vic’s still has what I consider the best pizza in town. Both locations are good for families and my fave is The Lovely Rita with sweet potatoes. Also the Greener and The Ox are yummy.

Everyone is always so nice, this is a place you can go to just vibe with some good food. Only reason I knock a star off food is two very minor issues. For pizzas by the slice, your options are cheese, pepperoni, or everything. Wish there were more options for 2-3 top pizzas. Second, when they toast the pizza slices back to piping hot, it’s PIPING hot and I gotta wait for it to cool again. I usually ask for it to be toasted for halftime and it’s perfect though. (or if you’re social, talking to friends for that time is fun)
