Given them a second try from having a bad experience a fews weeks ago, same result the second time around. Ordered extra cheese but yet again the pizza was dry and over cooked…no extra cheese and barely any sauce. Hard and dry like cardboard….

If I could give a negative number for the experience with location, I most certainly would. The person who answered the phone was rude, cold pizza was more than an hour late, and I ordered earlier in the day for a specific time for delivery. When I called to ask why the pizza was late the person hung up the phone. I also spoke to the owner who apologized and said he would send a refund but with no surprise that never came. Don’t waste you time or money on this location.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Literally the worse dominoes in Shreveport!! Food is ALWAYS cold! I tried to give another chance after so many bad experiences and it’s the same results as before. Management is terrible, very rude!

They have cheaps deals like the 5.99 each which is what I like to get. The Lava cakes they have are to die for lol At this location specifically have not had any problems with my orders. They have all been great and fast to pick up even when they had a line right after the snow ❄. When you need cheap and fast dinner ideas here it is!

Well this is not really a review of the restaurant but of one of the employees; here is the story. We were sitting at the Shell station on Hollywood and i-49 Tuesday night just drinking a Coke and Kiki from the Domino’s Pizza on hearne avenue just came up and gave us a pizza out of the kindness of her heart. If all of the employees at Domino’s Pizza or like this it must really be an amazing place thank you so much Kiki for making a boring tuesday night so much better! Miss KeKe is a beautiful young lady, polite with a big smile! So make sure when you go to Domino’s give her a tip and make her day.

I think the problem with this location is that it’s just in a rough neighborhood. One other annoyances are people who make fresh orders at the drive-thru window causing you to wait behind them for a simple pickup. I would have gone inside but doors always seem locked. I made an order almost an hour in advance, and had to wait behind cars. An older gentleman working here came out to ask what I ordered and cheerfully delivered my pizza to my car. My experiences so far have been okay. Each online order I send to this location have been successful.
