So I have only heard good things about this pizza. Stopped by today while I was visiting the farmers market. Definitely very good pizza. I got the Apollo which was full of flavor and a very large slice. The only thing which has nothing to do with the pizza is the parking downtown is bad. So parking in the parking lot $7.99 for 30 minutes. Roanoke wants to encourage people to shop downtown but the price of parking is very off putting.

This is a great place for great pizza. We dined in. The pizza is thin crust, but really tasty. Definitely not hard and dry like a lot of thin crust pizzas are. You can order a whole pizza, but the slices are as big as a medium pizza. The slices are sliced from a 42 inch sized pizza. I wanna go back. I had a slice of the Chicken Pesto with Roasted Red peppers. It was good! It was sooo good, I had to try the traditional pepperoni pizza. It was good! The service was good, the staff was great. I will return again or get delivery. Great place and a must try!!

After overcoming the initial shock and awe caused by the overwhelming size of this ‘za, I rounded the corner to the conclusion that it’s really just good. Aside from the size, nothing stood out too much here. Still— tasty pizza, friendly staff, and a little Italy feel definitely make this place worth a slice. I was in the area with the kids middle of the day and we decided to stop in for a slice to hold us over. Obviously super huge slices, when I ordered a whole pie he looked at me and my kids and showed me the box and said are you sure…lol Thanks cause I didn’t realize how big it was. We had two slices, they warmed them up and we had our food in about 5 mins. The people there were friendly, atmosphere was nice. I would definitely return and get a fresh made pie. My kids and I love pizza we would return here.

Everyone got a slice for dinner. All very good. Limited menu (I like that). Seats maybe 25 people inside. Service was quick and polite. $6 slice…cannot be beat. #huge slices. We really liked the feel of the place. Very organic.

I’m a harsh pizza critic. A kid from Philly who has had the best slices in spots from Philly, Jersey, and New York. I’m often disappointed with pizza outside of the Northeastern United States, but this was not the case with Benny Marconi’s.
