Discovered this place via T-Mobile Tuesdays and I’m so glad I did. Their sandwiches are of high quality. Went numerous times and they’re consistent with the quality of the meats, breads and veggies. Highly recommend the grilled chicken club and romesco chicken. The best part is customer service; the staff is very friendly and make great recommendations.

For food, I would rate McAlister’s very high – the food was fresh and there were no issues there – the biggest issue I have is dining inside the restaurant – the temperature is freezing! On a day in May where it is 70 degrees outside, the restaurant was so cold my nose was getting cold – Most patrons were like me after ordering – they would choose a seat, realize how chilly it was and then look for something closer to the front of the dining area to search for a warmer climate. It just wasn’t enjoyable to try to eat quickly because it is so cold inside – felt sorry for the few folks in shorts!

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Will never come back. The sandwiches were like they were prepared ahead of time, my 3 year old wouldn’t even touch his mac n cheese because it looked like something that someone had thrown up and my husband didn’t even get his soup! There is absolutely no excuse for the poor service/food we received. It was 5:30pm on a Saturday. Someone at a shop down the strip even said to never go there and it’s always terrible like that. $50 completely down the drain.

Staff was rude when I was trying to order. I was new to the restaurant and accidentally asked for a common side that they don’t offer. Woman pointed at the door and told me to go read the menu instead of simply giving me some options to try. The food I was finally able to order was mediocre and overpriced. Very unpleasant experience.
