Waited in the drive thru intercom for 20 minutes on 8/13/23 at 12:20PM. When I approached the pick up window & politely asked if the intercom Was broken. I was met with sarcasm and attitude. The Female employee, heavy set mid 30-40s replied to me “No it’s not broken it’s better for you to come inside” with head shakes, hand gestures and eye rolling. This lady needs to be fired, she has horrible customer service.

Would waste your precious gas to go to this location, no one seems to know what there doing. I go to drive threw wait 5 minutes to get greeted with a “hallo” I said my order but the lady didn’t really know much English I guess? and went to the window. After the exchange I got told to pull to the parking spot. No problem. I noticed everyone behind me was able to get there food and go but why not me? So finally after 25 minutes I get my food.

The Workers here neither speak nor understand English, huge language barrier. On top of that the past 3 times I’ve been there they either forget to put my sauce in the order or forget something else. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.
