Like all of the reviews missing items. Just so EVERYONE is clear this is also Dickies which has happened the past deliveries from there which is why we stopped ordering from Dickies because it was a joke. I remember the first few times were awesome from both places. The last 2 times at both were horrible. Missing items don’t even say anything about items out of stock. Charge you and then treat you like a SCAB for them messing up the order. Easy solution CHECK THE ORDER. Managment also blamed a printer. Check the price of the order. I highly doubt two orders of six piece wings cost $50. Lets be real. I understand youth run the place and have free reign of the place. Ive been there they dont care. They are running your businesses in the ground. They laugh because you have to drive up there. Then question your integrity. I wouldn’t doordash food to have to turn around and drive up to the business to fix the order to be treated like garbage. I have given this place chances. Don’t waste your time or your money. They don’t care and the quality went down hill which is extremely sad.

I got scammed on my wings, they didn’t add my sauces, they forgot my ranch, and my fries so I ended up with 19 plain wings and nothing else. I will NEVER be ordering from here again and I’m appalled by the horrible service I received.

This place was very bizarre. I ordered online delivery, and when it arrived it was in a different restaurants bag and boxes but it had the receipt and was approximately the right order but done insanely poorly. Some of the stuff I paid extra for didn’t come and none of it was the way it was advertised or expected. The French fries were literally not cooked all the way, they were all floppy. The seasoning was good but something about eating floppy potatoes that are half cooked was just not right. The chicken had no sauce on it which in itself is unexpected but not a deal breaker, but the nuggets were very different sizes and had pieces of tendon in them. Not to mention that they straight up gave us a bunch of sour cream instead of ranch? The sauce they did give was very mediocre and was half way filled for some reason?

ordered via door dash. 40 minute quote quickly turned into over an hour for delivery. Food arrived cold. Fries were soaked in oil, yet not cooked all the way. 10 piece traditional wings were old and dried out. only 1 drum, the other 9 were skimpy flats. Mac and cheese and dipping sauces were completely missing from the order too.

I ordered 16 wings and received 6 on DoorDash. Ridiculous! And payed the full price for 6 totally burnt wings. The customer service in this place was also very bad! Being rude and unapologetic. This needs to be shut down ASAP. This is not how you treat your customers. Never come to this place!!!!

What an absolute joke. This is a “ghost kitchen” inside Dickey’s Barbecue. I placed an order for traditional wings. My wife picked them up and brought them home. They gave us all boneless wings and when I called they said they had run out of traditional. They didn’t give any kind of notice that I would not be getting what I ordered. When I called, the manager just kept saying that it’s a “ghost kitchen”and there’s nothing she could do. She couldn’t even offer a refund. I payed for a product I didn’t get and the business would do nothing to make this right.

I tried wing boss for the first time and have to say they are some of the best I’ve had. Lots of meat in the boneless wings not just breading. Sauces were good too, we had the sweet bbq and Parmesan garlic and both were excellent!
