Excellent food and even better service. Delmonico cut ribeye was perfectly medium-rare with a nice exterior crust and fat cap. It was well seasoned, but not over seasoned. The house bistro side salad was light, crunchy, creamy and even had a hit of acid – one of the best steakhouse side salads I have had. I substituted the truffle risotto as my other side. It was very good with plenty of truffle flavor.
