We had an amazing breakfast here. I definitely recommend the veggie omelette, it was packed with all kinds of vegetables and very filling. Classic American diner experience in the heart of Hudson. I went for the hungry man but frankly the sausages and bacon rashers were pretty tiny and the food was somewhat tepid. Coffee was awesome though! Busy and noisy environment – staff are pleasant.
