First time dining here and we had a nice dinner. Service is friendly but spotty and slow. The summer rolls were fresh but not a lot of shrimp in them and we didn’t care for the peanut sauce, it was bland so we had to add hoisin to it. The pho was good – it had a lot of meat in it. Veggie garnish plate had all the usuals – lime, Jalapeños, bean sprouts and basil. The grilled pork chop rice plate was very good. Excellent and flavorful pork served with some pickled veggies and a fried egg. The fried egg was very fried and a hard center – menu said sunny side up. Overall we liked the grilled pork chop the best.

This is the first time we tried ordering from this restaurant. After checking out customer ratings which were excellent I ordered two items from their menu: beef meatballs and rice noodle soup; and fired rice with chicken. The ingredients in the Pho are packaged separately which makes the bean sprouts retain its crunchiness when mixed with the piping hot soup. The large soup comes in a generous portion with plenty of noodles and beef. The delicious broth will make you crave for more.The grilled chicken came with rice.The portions are huge! Very flavourful and filling, definitely worth ordering.

Pho 78 is our go-to for takeout of any cuisine. The pho is always amazing, the portions are great, and the food is super fresh. The banh mi is also fantastic, as are the various vegetarian dishes (although I personally prefer the rare steak and brisket pho). Highly recommend!

My GF and I have been craving Pho for quite some time but live 150 miles from Denver. We found this place on our last trip there. They did not disappoint!! I got the meatball Pho and she got the mushroom/tofu Pho with shrimp. Absolutely fantastic! Will be definitely going back again.

Easily the best Pho in the Denver metro area. I live 45 mins away now and still make the drive because really nothing else compares. Ask for pickled onions with your pho. If brave, also ask for the fatty broth with it.

Arrived 25 mins before closing and they wouldn’t seat us… If you want your staff to be able to get out of your restaurant at a specific time, please change your business hours accordingly. Hot Pho up the street was an amazing alternative!
