In the last 12 months this location has gone downhill. The queso is never consistent, the tortillas are either rock hard or very doughy, and the tacos take 25+ minutes. We’ve watched the clock the last three times and they’ve all been 25+ minutes. Also, one of the more inconspicuous things I’ve noticed is the chairs/seats are always dirty. They wipe the tables but leave crumbs all over the seats. Hope they turn it around.

Love these damn tacos. Such variety and always fresh. Would give 5 stars, but the service at this location is hit or miss. Some visits, cheery, and happy employee. Other visits, angry, bitter, tongue popping, and eye rolling. I assume her mother was recently disemboweled by a taco vending cart or a feral hair stylist. It’s the only reason to explain 1. Her disdain for such amazing tacos and the people trying to buy them. And 2, her hair. *insert heartfelt, sad aww*.

This location has totally lost its way. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the food is good, but the wait to get it and the rude staff is too much. We have been going there since they opened but tonight was the last straw. We will not be going back. Understaffed and invisible leadership. When they do show up, they make you feel like their ineptitude is your fault. This really bothers me since I have told so many people how much I liked it in the past.
