I bought 7 tacos regular at the window I confirmed with the guy if there were 7 tacos in the bag and he said yes. When I get home I’m expecting 7 tacos with Lettuce and cheese like normal and I ended up with 6 tacos with just cheese and meat. For the price I payed I think it was ridiculous.

The food is always terrible! They always get my order wrong. Even my remakes. Door dash? TERRIBLE. Do not order from this location and it’s cold.. so cold it sticks to the wrapper.

The drink was carbonated water. Their fountain machine wasn’t properly calibrated. They have one sauce pack for a whole meal. I have never had great service here, I recommend going to a different Taco Bell until they get their stuff together here.

Serving stale food is not okay. Stale cinnamon twists, old chips, the tacos tasted like they had been sitting there all day. I understand it’s “fast food” but there are basic food handling procedures to be followed regardless of restaurant style. There needs to be retraining of your staff. Starting with management for sure.

Sat at the drive through behind 2 other cars, pulled up to the place where you order and sat there for several minutes even after the cars in front got their food. They never came over the intercom to take my order. I tried getting their attention, to no avail. Guess who ever was working the drive through today at 1:20 pm was more concerned about their cellphone than customer service. Last time I come to this Taco Bell.

Walk in no menu board , manager behind you is where you order. Asked for tea none in the lobby. The restaurant was not comfortable. Seats hard bench seating .

Not great at all. We normally would skip out on fast food but we needed a quick bite after a jam packed evening. I ordered ahead online and upon arrival they were super nice and welcoming. Instead of checking my food, I drove home. Our entire order was wrong. Taco supremes were not supreme, my chalupa supreme was all bread no meat and NO sour cream, cheesy fiesta potatoes had only a few chunks of potato, and our drinks were wrong. Starry is supposed to be a lemon lime drink (think Sprite) and we received a pink drink that the lady working called starry. I understand mistakes but I’m not sure how everything in an order can be wrong, seems very odd to me.

I’m not one to make bad reviews.. but this was upsetting. My crunch wrap was pretty much just a tortilla. Had the shell, but a barely any meat or lettuce to even be something to bite into. Not to mention I ordered it with no sour cream and they gave me no tomatoes, lots of sour cream. Last time I ordered taco bell I asked for 5 sauces and this is all through door dash so it’s printed on the ticket. I didn’t get any sauce and no napkins with my food, also looked like it was just thrown in the bag. It’s just not something I want to try to keep spending my money on when it’s not worth it to hope my food will be decent.
