My first visit to Five Guys and after ordering, I thought, that was kind of expensive. They don’t have combos like Hamburger, fries and a drink for one discounted price but everything is priced separately. A small hamburger, small fries and a drink was $16.75. After I ate the food I understood why it cost more than most hamburger chains. The quality matched the price. The hamburger was delicious and the fries were the best fries I’ve ever had.

Just read a couple reviews and my thoughts are correct. Five Guys, are y’all only looking for a specific audience cause I’ve experienced this treatment at more than one of your Establishment. This one was just the worst. NO ONE in the store acknowledged me when I entered, when I walked to the pick up line, not when I had a seat to sit down for the Order I was to deliver. I watched the young boy pack my order, look around at me and around the store, turned back around and started taking the order out the bag. I heard him say the name of my Order person. At this point, NO ONE still said a word. I had to say something. As a Delivery Driver, this is unacceptable and it’s happening on a regular at your Establishments against Black People. In this situation, it’s even worse cause you have a couple black kids working behind the counter. The black boy looked me up and down, turned around and him and the other black boy got together and started whispering…If you don’t want Black Patrons or Drivers, then say so. You’re in that Era again where you can speak like that and it’s ok. After today, I won’t accept anymore of your Orders. I do t have to take the cruelty.

Horrible experience, we asked for bacon and we got burnt bacon burger was a disgrace patty was not even normal size. Not to mention the price was a shame. I have been all over the country driving a Motor Coach traveling with people most of the time they ask for a recommendation. Well let me tell you I will NOT recommend Five Guys that is for sure!!!!

I got the lettuce burger. It was good. Meat cook of been seasoned more. But with all the toppings it was delicious. Also got the hotdogs. Was not impressed. Burgers and fries are the best. Hotdogs need work.
