The cashier doesn’t listen. I asked for latte, received regular coffee instead of latte. I found out about it when I was too far from this place. Also, she forgot to give me my coffee roll, I had to remind her about it. I will never come back to this place. It happened before, and it was a last chance. I will drive further down to another Dunkin donuts place

I rarely write reviews but this deserved it. My first time here and it’s not my local DD (I’m in Danbury) but I must commend the customer service from “NILSA”. She was fantastic. Not only to me, but as I sat drinking my coffee, I watched NILSA greet every single customer with a friendly smile & hello. She even knew most customer’s names. I have never experienced this service at ANY other DD location around the country and I travel alot! Nilsa’s customer service needed to be recognized and should be rewarded. I thanked her on my way out as well…Just because of her, I’ll drive a little more out of my way and be back!

This is a great Dunkin location, it is kept clean and runs smoothly even during busy times, and staff are attentive. Mobile pickup is always ready on time. I will pass other Dunkins on my way into work but wait to go to this one, because I know my drink will come out good consistently.

Usually good. Sometimes the drinks dont have enough of the flavor in it. When its busy the workers should project their voice so they can be heard. Maybe also work on changing their signs in good time or having a notice on the door saying which special drinks are no longer available. Easy place to get coffee though so it works for the most part
