It’s a McDonald’s, nothing different from any other location. The milkshake and ice cream machine was down when we went. The nuggets were nice and hot, the fries were meh, but the staff was very polite. It was clean as well inside, so that was a plus. Personally, I’m not a fan of the kiosk ordering, though it’s easy to figure out.

Another pleasant experience at my Madison Township McDonald’s this morning. Friendly staff, mobile order was prepared efficiently and correctly. Hash Browns were fresh, coffee was fresh, sausage McMuffin – perfect. 5 stars!

I ordered from the mobile order this morning and my food was uneatable. My sandwich was burnt and hard. My French vanilla iced coffee taste old and burnt even though I asked for extra vanilla. My young child’s piece of sausage was missing some of it and his egg was chopped up all over the place. I’m very disappointed in my experience this morning. You can’t get ahold of anyone at this location because the phone is always busy.. so I’m bringing it to everyone’s attention to be aware. We come to this location all the time and we have more bad experiences than usual. There is always something wrong with our food or they always forget something. Its becoming a problem!!

Appears clean inside and out. Food is what’s to be expected. The fries are frequently fresh. However, they do get our order wrong a little too often in the drive through. Especially if you order a plain burger or cheeseburger for your child. I highly recommend checking your food before you leave. The menu here seems to be pretty limited compared to other McDonald’s restaurants. The staff are consistently very friendly!

Very happy look to the place. I love colorful tones. Nice seating area. Easy access to enter place from main street. Nice size restroom areas. You order by the online pad. Nice clear screen and big so no glasses needed to read. The staff was very courteous to each other as they worked.

My husband went to get us breakfast sandwiches and tried to give the girl our order several times and she couldn’t get it right, so she called the manager over and he gave them the order, which wasn’t a difficult order, since it was supposed to be 3 Sausage, Egg and Cheese McMuffins and 3 Hash Browns.. When my husband got home, we got 3 Egg McMuffins and 3 Hash Browns. So, obviously the Manager can’t even get orders correct either. I called there to let them know their mistake and all they did was take our name. We ended up eating the Egg McMuffins, which were cold and the Canadian Bacon had a bunch of gristle in it. In their defense though, my husband should’ve looked at the receipt to make sure it was correct because the manager had it wrong still and he could’ve noticed while he was there. But, he probably would’ve just said screw it because he was already agitated enough with them.
