Everything we had ranged from terrible to mediocre. I should have known not to trust a $20 piece of prime rib; I asked for medium rare, it came out dry and tough and well done. I sent it back and said cancel my order, The waitress tried to make good and said we never should have sent that piece out here’s another I’m taking it off the bill. Still not medium rare, medium at best and the least flavorful prime rib I’ve ever had.

The food was good, the staff was kind. One thing was when it is busy (been there multiple times) they tend to get overwhelmed and forget the basics like napkins, utensils. They are happy to bring them to you when they catch it or you ask. I feel like they must have to get things out of the kitchen super fast. Other wise perfect. Will eat there again for sure. Nice people

Just got off the phone with the establishment. Spoke to an individual who acknowledged themselves as the manager. First off, when the phone was picked up, nobody responded for several minutes. When someone finally responded they were very agitated and rude. I asked a simple question regarding the menu and was given an attitude and was told to come into the establishment and see for myself. I was then hung up on my the so called manager. I called back and the “manager” picked up the phone agitated again and I reminded them that I was the customer they hung up on asking about the menu. They proceeded to tell me that I need to come into the establishment if I wanted to know the answer to my question and once again hung up on me. I called back a third time and the “manager” picked up and I asked why they hung up on me and they proceeded to lie and say they had another call on the line and were “really busy” as if that’s justified to hang up on someone without saying anything. They became loud as the conversation went on and I asked them to acknowledge how rude their actions were and what poor customer service that was. They responded by once again saying how busy they were and asking if I wanted to place an order. Ultimately I was hung up on once again, for a third time. As a long time customer, I will never be ordering from their establishment ever again. Worst customer experience and manager I have ever encountered and should be fired from the establishment.

All the charm of your the typical American Diner I was impressed with the manager wherewithal of how the restaurant was running, service was a tad bit choppy but nothing to be considered about. The food was very tasty I myself had eggs benedict requested bacon instead of Canadian bacon and it was cooked to Perfection I enjoyed their rendition of benedict with ride toast instead of English muffin corned beef and hash was yummy.

Terrible experience here. I ordered scrambled eggs and home fries. Before I was even able to eat my food, I noticed a hair on my home fries. I told the waitress, they still charged me even though I did not want a replacement and the hostess at checkout rudely told me that “by the way that wasn’t a hair”. Well, it was. I have eyes. Potatoes do not have anything that look similar to a piece of hair in them. Disgusting and won’t be back.

This is a go to place for my friends and me when we are back in our hometown. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, best french toast and omelets with homefries. I am not giving a 5 star because the coffee is not good at all, it’s like water. It has consistently been bad for as far as I could remember lol. The place is nice and spacious and service is fast.
